(Buyer agrees that) Buyer's data may be viewed or <br />accessed from outside the United States by Siemens world-wide affiliates. Buyer data may be stored and/or accessed <br />in the United States or other countries in which Siemens or our (subcontract) affiliates operate. <br /> <br />Price Escalation.
