We propose to furnish and install an extension of the existing Siemens Desigo CC Building Automation System <br />for Orange County per the MEP drawings and specifications dated 5/24/2024. <br />2. System engineering, installation, start-up, check-out, and documentation per project requirements. <br />3. Provide graphics for all controlled equipment on the existing Desigo CC Workstation. Siemens includes a graphical <br />representation of each major equipment and associated floor plan. <br />4. Electrical control and interlock wiring and labor of installation for HVAC controls. Installation and wiring to include <br />the following: <br />o All control wiring. Open cable in concealed accessible areas. EMT conduit in all other locations. <br />o Field mounting of all other control devices <br />o Field level communication trunk and 24V power for all floor level controllers. <br />5. Siemens to provide all controllers, devices, and programming to control the following equipment per the <br />sequences of operation: <br />o Building Automation System <br />▪ Provide all necessary software licensing for new BAS. <br />▪ Provide new Siemens PXC control panel. <br />▪ Utilize existing hardware server for hosting BAS. <br />▪ Utilize existing local operator workstation. <br />▪ Utilize existing UPS on all supervisory controls such as server, workstations, and field panels. <br />o Airside Systems <br />▪ (6) Packaged RTUs (Horizontal Flow) <br />o BACnet Integration (via BACnet thermostat provided by equipment manufacturer OR BACnet <br />Interface Card provided by equipment manufacturer) <br />o Space sensor or thermostat provided by equipment manufacturer <br />▪ Sensor installed and wired by Siemens <br />▪ (1) Trane Dedicated Outdoor Air Units (Horizontal Flow) <br />o Siemens to provide unit mounted PXC controller for thermostatic control <br />o Space sensor or thermostat provided by equipment manufacturer <br />▪ Sensor installed and wired by Siemens <br />▪ (1) Greenheck Dedicated Outdoor Air Units (Horizontal Flow) <br />o BACnet Integration (BACnet Interface Card provided by equipment manufacturer) <br />o Space sensor or thermostat provided by equipment manufacturer <br />▪ Sensor installed and wired by Siemens <br />▪ (2) Ductless Split Systems <br />o BACnet Integration (via BACnet thermostat provided by equipment manufacturer OR BACnet <br />Interface Card provided by equipment manufacturer) <br />o Wall mounted temperature sensor provided by equipment manufacturer <br />▪ Temperature sensor installed and wired by Siemens <br />o Miscellaneous Systems <br />▪ (2) Existing Water Heater Alarm via existing contact from the boiler controller <br />▪ (2) Existing Water Heater Runtime <br />▪ (2) Freezer Temperature Room Sensor <br />▪ (2) Cooler Temperature Room Sensor <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 1E561592-49A2-4B58-864D-46E3052B5C97
