Orange County Government Submitted by Pisgah Energy <br />2 | P a ge <br />e e <br /> Proposal for Cedar Grove Community Center <br />Scope Exclusions and Additional Services <br />1.Design Development, Interconnection Request and Construction Administration Services for Battery Energy <br />Storage Systems. <br />2.Contractor Pre-Qualification <br />3.3D Modeling <br />4.Utility rate schedule analysis and comparison <br />5.Bound specifications <br />6.Alternates for design <br />7.Reviewing pay applications <br />Payment Terms – Projects will be invoiced monthly based on milestones completed. Net 30 payment terms. <br />Additional Services – Additional Services will also be required for project alternates or other work in excess of that <br />noted herein. Additional services will also be required for revisions to drawings and specifications where such revisions <br />are: <br />•Required by the enactment of codes, laws, and regulations subsequent to the preparation of our documents. <br />•Redesign or modifications to incorporate VE items. <br />These services will be compensated for on an hourly basis, charges are based on billing rates at the time the <br />charges are incurred, rates are subject to change. <br />Current standard billing rates are as follows: <br />Senior Project Manager……………………………………………………………………………………...................$196/hr. <br />Project Manager/ Designer……………………………………………………………………………………………...$176/hr. <br />Master Electrician………………………………………………………………………………………………………...$176/hr. <br />Energy Usage Analyst/ Utility Interconnection Specialist………………………………………………………...$176/hr. <br />Construction Manager…………………………………………………………………………………………………...$156/hr. <br />Lead Electrical Engineer…………………………………………………………………………………………………$200/hr. <br />Reimbursable expenses shall be in addition to the compensation for basic and additional services and will be <br />invoiced per below. These services include actual expenditures incurred. Reimbursable expenses include: <br />1.Essential out of town and living expenses. <br />2.Postage and Courier Services. <br />3.Reproduction of Drawings and Specifications except for those necessary for our in-house office coordination <br />purposes. <br />4.Travel Expenses (Mileage rates per current NCDOR) <br />We appreciate the opportunity to be a part of your team on this project and look forward to working with you.
