Mr. Bruce Woody <br />July 9, 2024 <br />Page 3 <br />Task-04 – Regulatory Compliance <br />TRC proposes to respond to unanticipated issues concerning environmental regulatory compliance that <br />may arise at the active C&D Landfill during the prescribed service period. This work task will be conducted <br />on a “time-and-materials, not to exceed the estimated fee” basis using the attached TRC fee schedule <br />(Attachment 1). TRC will invoice OCSWM only for actual time expended and reimbursable expenses <br />incurred in providing the required services. The total fee for this task will not be exceeded without approval <br />from OCSWM. <br />COMPENSATION. TRC shall be compensated for performing the above Services as follows: <br />Task Fee Fee structure <br />01 GW sampling event 41 $12,075 lump sum <br />02 GW sampling event 42 $13,550 lump sum <br />03 PFAS Analysis $ 5,075 lump sum <br />04 Regulatory Compliance $ 3,000 time & materials <br />TOTAL NOT TO EXCEED FEE: $33,700 <br />ꚚꚚꚚ <br />In order to authorize initiation of the proposed work, please sign and date this proposal, and return a copy <br />to our office.
