Mr. Bruce Woody <br />June 03, 2025 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Task-04 – Update/Revise CAP and GWMP <br /> <br />Upon further direction from the NCDEQ regarding PFAS concentrations, the existing Corrective Action Plan <br />(CAP) and Groundwater Monitoring Plan (GWMP) for the North Landfill will be updated/revised to include <br />potential remedies and path forward for addressing 1,4-Dioxane and/or PFAS concentrations in <br />groundwater. <br /> <br /> <br />Task-05 - Environmental Compliance <br /> <br />TRC proposes to respond to both anticipated and unanticipated issues concerning environmental <br />regulatory compliance that may arise at North Landfill during the prescribed service period. This work task <br />will be conducted on a “time-and-materials, not to exceed the estimated fee” basis using the attached TRC <br />fee schedule (Attachment 1). TRC will invoice OCSWM only for actual time expended and reimbursable <br />expenses incurred in providing the required services. The total fee for this task will not be exceeded without <br />approval from OCSWM. <br /> <br /> <br />COMPENSATION.
