She asked <br /> if there is a way to simplify them into rural activity nodes that could also include industrial. <br /> Cy Stober said they could explore the idea. <br /> Commissioner Greene said that in the past, the Board created a list of industrial uses that <br /> were not allowed. She said they could do that with the comprehensive land use plan. <br /> Cy Stober said they did something similar with the proposal to limit vaping stores. <br /> Chair Bedford said, regarding the first bullet point, they are not going to limit it to 5 or 10 <br /> acres; instead, they will say, "here's the node." <br /> Cy Stober said that leaves conditional zoning as the predominant option in those areas. <br />
