He said if <br /> they are consolidated, they could consider all neighborhood commercial as by-right. <br /> Vice-Chair Hamilton said they should be clear in what they do not want in industrial nodes. <br /> She said if there are some uses they don't want in residential areas, then they should take them <br /> out to reduce the conflict between land uses. <br /> Commissioner McKee said he is not opposed to combining the two.
