The density is one home per 1.6 acres of the site, which is less <br /> 7 than could be permitted under the existing zoning, which envisions one home per acre on a lot- <br /> 8 by-lot basis. She added that the open space is preserved along the perimeters of the site and <br /> 9 around the environmentally sensitive areas, and includes significant tree preservation, which is <br /> 10 49.27 acres of the site. <br /> 11 <br />
