The subject property shall be developed generally in accordance with the proposed <br /> site plan submitted as a part of this application("Site Plan"). <br /> 2. The minimum lot size is 20,000 square feet.This deviates from the minimum in UDO <br /> Section 3.8.Suitable septic shall be provided on each parcel. <br /> 3. The property shall contain experiential gardens as shown on Site Plan as the <br /> Woodland Garden,the Picking Garden and the Pollinator Garden(the"Gardens").The <br /> Gardens shall be dedicated to and maintained by the Homeowner's Association. <br /> 4.
