Major subdivisions are further classified as <br /> follows: <br /> (1) Standard Major Subdivision <br /> All subdivisions not classified as an Exempt Subdivision;Minor Subdivision;or <br /> Major Subdivision,Conditional District(R-CD or NR-CD. <br /> (2) Major Subdivision,Conditional District(R-CD or NR-CD) <br /> A tract of land that is proposed for a subdivision into 21 or more lots. <br /> �1 <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> Taylor Perschau explained that there is an administrative review of a standard major <br /> subdivision that comes before the Board, but it is not typically a zoning matter. She said the reason <br /> this major subdivision is coming to the Board as a zoning matter is because it is proposed to have <br /> 21 or more lots. <br />
