Invest in our infrastructure to reduce the environmental impact of the <br /> County fleet/facilities and improve safety . <br /> RECOMMENDATION ( S ) : The Manager recommends that the Board : <br /> 1 ) award the bid to Central Builders , Inc . of Mebane for the installation /replacement of eight <br /> ( 8 ) booths at three ( 3 ) of the Waste and Recycling Centers ; <br /> 2 ) authorize staff to move forward with a contract and authorize the Manager to sign the <br /> contract with Central Builders , Inc . of Mebane ; and <br /> 3 ) approve Budget Amendment #4- 13 . <br />
