Improve educational opportunities for County staff and community members on climate action and available resources to advance climate action projects . OBJECTIVE 6 . Protect water supply/watersheds . Health 5 . The Health Department was awarded a grant of $ 33 , 000 from Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina to purchase aspirin for participants in the Thriving Hearts program to reduce the incidence of hypertensive disorder of pregnancy ( HDP ) . The aspirin will be given to those participants with a risk of preeclampsia and will be given as part of a Thriving Hearts care kit . This amendment creates the following grant ordinance in the Multi-Year Grant Fund outside of the General Fund and appropriates $ 33 , 000 in the Multi -Year Grant fund for project expenditures .
