E-Verify. Termination by Mutual Consent. This Agreement may be terminated by mutual consent of the parties, provided the <br /> consent is documented in writing and duly executed by an authorized representative of each party. <br /> 22. Survival. Any provision contained in this or any other Contract Document that contemplates performance or <br /> observance subsequent to the termination or expiration of this Agreement shall survive the termination or expiration <br /> hereof and continue in full force and effect. <br /> 23. Signature Warranty.
