The length of the trails located on the subject <br /> property shall combined total at least 9,000 linear feet. Trail surfaces shall be <br /> aggregate or natural surface(not paved with concrete or asphalt)to minimize <br /> impacts to the existing environment and limit impervious surfaces. Boardwalks shall <br /> be utilized where the proposed trail crosses the wetlands as shown on the Site Plan, <br /> if permitted by Federal and State agencies. The trail and associated amenities <br /> described in this section shall be maintained by the Homeowner's Association.
