Quarterly Reporting Requirement <br /> All project award recipients will be required to submit quarterly reports oil the status of <br /> their project to NC DEQ until the final project report is submitted.Quarterly reports will <br /> be submitted to NC DEQ within 14 days after the enol of each quarter, Reporting quarters <br /> enol March 31,June 30,September 30,and December 31. Failure to submit required <br /> reports will result in NC DEQ suspending the acceptance of any new applications from <br /> the applicant.A template for the semiannual report will be provided on the website, <br /> kths: /dc .lie, <br /> �i7aiyE��setticraacnt!(earr�ls, <br /> G Annual Electric EquipmentNehicte Usage Reporting Requirenttnt <br /> Recipients ofelectric vehiclelequipment are required to submit annual reports on both the <br /> vehicles and the associated infrastnICILIM usage data to NC DEQ far the previous 12 <br /> months on January 30`x'of catch consecutive year for a five-year period after the electric <br /> equipment./vehicle is in operation. Annual reports will be submitted to NC DEQ by <br /> January 30`x'each year for five years.Acceptance of new applications from the recipient <br /> will be suspended if reporting requirements are nol met.
