This prohibition corers those vendors and <br /> contractors who: <br /> (1) have a contract with a governmental ager*,,cc <br /> (2) have performed under such a corntract iVe hin the past <br /> Year;or <br /> (3) aritkfp+ate Wdd'ng an such a contract in the future_ <br /> For additonal inforrnat5on regarding the specific requirements and <br /> exemptions, vendors and omtractars are encouraged to review <br /> Executive order 24 and G.S.See.133-32. <br /> Executive Order 24 also encouraged and bhWed other State <br /> Agencies to implement the requirements and prohibibons of the <br /> Executive Order to their agencies.
