Proposed support facilities(i.e. roadways,and access points,screening <br /> and buffer areas,the timing of development, etc.),and/or <br /> c. The minimum lot size is 20,000 square feet.This deviates from the minimum in UDO <br /> Section 3.8.Suitable septic shall be provided on each parcel. <br /> 3. The property shall contain experiential gardens as shown on Site Plan as the <br /> Woodland Garden,the Picking Garden and the Pollinator Garden(the"Gardens").The <br /> Gardens shall be dedicated to and maintained by the Homeowner's Association. <br /> 4.
