(d) Estimated water usage for structures, landscaping and athletic fields. <br /> Staff Comment: Information is contained in Attachment 2 — Narrative. <br /> (e) A Traffic Impact Study, as required by Section 6.17 of this Ordinance. <br /> Staff Comment: Information contained in Attachment 2 —TIA Validation Letter. <br /> (f)A Biological Inventory, prepared in accordance with Section 5.17.6(A)(2)(b)of this Ordinance. <br /> Staff Comment: The applicant has provided a biological inventory indicating the project <br /> will not have a detrimental impact on the local environment. The 2015 SUP review <br /> determined no signification impact to animal and plant species on the property or <br /> existing habitat area warranting special consideration or protection based on information <br /> contained within the Inventory of Natural Areas and Wildlife Habitats for Orange County <br /> North Carolina. Orange County Department of Environment, Agriculture, Parks, and <br /> Recreation (DEAPR) staff provided no comments as part of this review. <br /> (g) A Resources Management Plan, prepared in accordance with the Resources Management <br /> Plan definition in Article 10 of this Ordinance. <br /> Staff Comment: The applicant has provided a Resource Management Plan, contained <br /> in Attachment 2 — Site Plan Sheet L5.00. Staff has reviewed the plan and determined it <br /> is consistent with the requirements of the UDO. <br /> (2) Standards of Evaluation <br /> If located within a zoning district other than an EDD, the applicant must meet the following <br /> Standards of Evaluation: <br /> (a) The project meets all applicable design standards and other requirements of this <br /> Ordinance. <br /> Staff Comment: The proposed modification has been reviewed by Orange County DAC <br /> including Planning, Building Inspections, NCDOT, Environmental Health, Solid Waste, <br /> and Emergency Services for compliance with Orange County Ordinances, State <br /> Building Code, Health Code, and Fire Code. <br /> (b) The project meets all service provision criteria as set forth below: <br /> i. Fire — identifies the primary and secondary responders and the source(s) of <br /> water. <br /> ii. Police — identifies the primary and secondary responders. <br /> iii. Rescue services — identifies the primary and secondary responders. <br /> iv. Water Supply— identification of public or private utility source and capacity of <br /> water supply or identification of water source through a water resource study. <br /> V. Wastewater Treatment Methods— provider and capacity of wastewater treatment <br /> source. <br /> vi. Solid Waste—as specified in subsection (h) below. <br /> Staff Comment: Information contained in Attachment 2 — Narrative. <br /> 12 <br />
