tb <br /> Proposed Modifications <br /> Proposed Modifications <br /> A 2015 Special Use Permit (SUP), recorded in Orange County Records Book 6886, Page 815 approved a <br /> master plan for the Emerson Waldorf School consisting of several buildings including, but not limited to: arts <br /> center, auditorium, gymnasium, and additions to existing structures totaling 56,562 sq. ft. The master plan <br /> and SUP allows for up to 350 students and 55 staff members. The 2015 Special Use Permit and Master <br /> Plan is contained in Attachment 1. <br /> The major modification request is to modify the 2015 SUP to update the campus master plan for the school <br /> to plan for future development and support facilities over the next 10 years. The proposed modification to <br /> the 2015 SUP does not propose any change to the land use or approved student enrollment. <br /> The master plan proposes the construction of the following buildings. These were approved as part of the <br /> 2015 SUP. <br /> — Center Building (connecting existing East and West Wings) <br /> — Eurythmy (Renovation of existing building) <br /> — Early Childhood Center <br /> — High School addition <br /> — Arts Center <br /> — Auditorium <br /> The master plan proposes to remove the following buildings (modulars): <br /> — Woodworking <br /> — Maintenance <br /> — Hardworking <br /> — Music <br /> The major modification proposes revisions to the approved master plan by eliminating the following <br /> buildings. These buildings were previously contained in the master plan approved in 2015. <br /> — Gymnasium <br /> — 8'h grade classroom <br /> — Shop building addition <br /> — High School building addition <br /> As a result of the elimination of these buildings, the total square footage of the project is reduced to 37,684 <br /> square feet. The master plan approved in 2015 allowed for up to 56,562 square feet. As contained in the <br /> narrative, the proposed square footage breakdown of previously approved versus currently proposed as <br /> part of this Special Use Permit modification is shown below: <br /> I.L- <br />
