The EA application, SUP application, and site plan were sent to local, state, and <br /> federal agencies for review. <br /> On August 21, 2025, the applicant submitted an Environmental Assessment application as <br /> required within Section 6.16 of the Orange County Unified Development Ordinance. Staff did <br /> not identify any element of the Project requiring the completion/submittal of an Environmental <br /> Impact Statement (EIS).
