Orange County NC Website
310
input/feedback on our proposed solution. While we understand that the final approval from MSTA
and your office on the proposed traffic patterns may not come for weeks or longer, we would like to
get to some level of mutual understanding and acceptance such that Orange County (Michael and
Pat) feel comfortable placing this Master Plan SUP on the BOCC's agenda, hence allowing our
application to proceed without further delay.
If you could in some manner respond to the request above such that it either directs us to provide
additional info or assures the County that generally, if the practices and improvements shown on the
maps are implemented, that the stacking concerns in the Public RoW are no longer an issue or that
they are a hurdle that can be overcome, our application for the Master Plan can move forward while
the details are worked out. I understand the cross walk on Mill House remains a concern, but please
know that the school wants to remedy the situation in whatever manner makes most sense to you
and your office. We definitely don't want that holding up the Master Plan from moving forward.
Please keep in mind that since this is an SUP, conditions can be placed upon the applicant to ensure
this issue is dealt with prior to additional improvements coming on line at the campus.
Thank you in advance for your time and consideration of these solutions and we look forward to
hearing back from you.
