288 <br /> Emerson Waldorf School Neighborhood Information Meeting Minutes <br /> The meeting was held at the Brown Wing of the Emerson Waldorf School at 6pm on October 22, 2025. <br /> Nine (9) people attended the meeting. Seven (7) of the attendees were representatives of the project. <br /> Two (2) attendees were neighbors. <br /> Laura Holloman provided a brief history of the project and an overview of the proposed new buildings, <br /> as well as an overview of the SUP process. LeAnn Brown, project attorney, outlined the quasi-judicial <br /> process.The neighbors in attendance asked about the timing of the project.The team responded that it <br /> would likely be over several years but that the expansion of the early childhood wing is the highest <br /> priority and would take place in the next 1-3 years.There was some general discussion of the railroad <br /> crossing and it's future as well. <br /> The neighbors left after about 20 minutes.The team remained at the meeting space for the full hour the <br /> meeting was scheduled for.The meeting ended at 7pm. <br />
