Conclusions and Recommendations <br /> In conclusion, the Emerson Waldorf School was analyzed for four separate <br /> conditions: 2014 existing (Condition 1), 2030 without the addition of site traffic <br /> (Condition 2), 2030 with the addition of site traffic (Condition 3), and finally 2030 <br /> with the addition of site traffic and mitigated improvements (Condition 4). Table <br /> ES-2 above shows the levels of service and delay values for each analyzed <br /> condition. Traffic counts, performed by SEPI, form the basis for the analysis of <br /> Conditions 1 - 4.
