I like when he <br /> 28 says capricious but like we can't this happens almost every meeting is like you know folks <br /> 29 come in. They want to speak. They find out about standing. I understand it's frustrating. You <br /> 30 know, the county's given them 6 weeks to do what they need to, which is obviously not all the <br /> 31 time, in the professional world, to gather professionals, but these are the rules that we have <br /> 32 to go behind and we can't contradict ourselves, for one. You know, one meeting versus the <br /> 33 other, another applicant or another neighbor without somebody saying like, well, why did you <br /> 34 give them favoritism? Well the last person didn't get it, you know. Right? <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Beth Bronson: From a judicial standpoint. I'm on board with that, yes <br /> 37 <br /> 38 Jeff Scott: It's unfortunate.
