When a new home park is proposed to be located adjacent to an existing home park, the Standards in Section 5.5.54 <br /> shall be met. <br /> 7. Each home space shall contain only one designated temporary or permanent residential unit. Accessory Dwelling Units <br /> are prohibited within HP-CD districts. <br /> 8. A Temporary Residential Unit shall be allowed within a given park for a maximum of 180 days. <br /> 9.
