<br /> <br /> <br />Evidence submitted by the county representative: <br />• The subject property is a 3,432 square foot single family home with 5 bedrooms, 3 and 1/2 <br />baths on 6.35 acres located at 910 Old Orchard Road in Chapel Hill. <br />• The subject property sold with another property in May 2025 for $1,145,000 and an appraisal <br />was done for the lender at the time of the sale recommending a value of $1,030,000.
