A site inspection <br />was conducted on October 30, 2025, by Tanner Valuation Group. The dwelling was observed <br />to be in average condition at the time of inspection. Recent sales within the neighborhood <br />exhibit similar characteristics, size, and construction quality, yet reflect values exceeding the <br />subject’s current assessment. A power line and cell transmission tower are located behind the <br />dwelling and partially obscured by trees; however, both are situated on the opposite side of the <br />property line.
