The contxact may be reviewed annually no later than January 1, and maybe <br />renewed, modified, or amended at that time, or at any other tune, upon the xrautual <br />written agreement of the parties. <br />7. This contract may be terminated at any time by either party by giving 90 days <br />ztotice to the other parry in writing. <br />8.
