<br /> 2 <br />but not limited to, those for salary, benefits, office space, heating and <br />maintenance for office space, telephone service, long -distance telephone calls, <br />technology, copying, and any other itemized costs directly attributable to the legal <br />services provided herein. <br /> <br />6. For any administrative attorney services, defined as activities engaged in by an <br />attorney, which are outside the realm of legal services as detailed in the <br />preceding paragraph, including but not limited to training, conferences, and <br />seminars, and professional meetings, CSS will reimburse Legal at a rate of up to <br />$55.00 per hour, which rate will not exceed $440 per day, inclusive of registration <br />fees. <br /> <br />7.
