G-00000-A <br />(Ed. ) <br />a. professional health care services on behalf of the Named Insured or <br />b.Good Samaritan services rendered in an emergency and for which no payment is demanded or <br />received. <br />Professional health care services means any health care services or the related furnishing of food, <br />beverages, medical supplies or appliances by the following providers in their capacity as such but solely <br />to the extent they are duly licensed as required: <br />a.Physician; <br />b.Nurse; <br />c.Nurse practitioner; <br />d.Emergency medical technician; <br />e.Paramedic; <br />f.Dentist; <br />g.Physical therapist; <br />h.Psychologist; <br />i.Speech therapist; <br />j.Other allied health professional; or <br />Professional health care services does not include any services rendered in connection with human <br />clinical trials or product testing. <br />ii.delete the definition of occurrence and replace it with the following: <br />Occurrence means a health care incident.
