ENV-CPL 00003 00 (02/12) Page 10 of 22 <br />Includes copyrighted material of Insurance Services Offices, Inc. with its permission. <br />a.Armed conflict between two or more nations, armed conflict between military forces of any origin, <br />or warlike action by a military force, including action in hindering or defending against an actual or <br />expected attack, by any government, sovereign or other authority using militar y personnel or <br />other agents; or <br />b.Insurrection, rebellion, revolution, usurped power, or action taken by governmental authority in <br />hindering or defending against any of these. <br />16.Workers’ Compensation and Similar Laws <br />Any obligation of the insured under a workers’ compensation, disability benefits or unemployment <br />compensation law or any similar law. <br />SECTION IV – LIMITS OF INSURANCE AND DEDUCTIBLE <br />1.The Limits of Insurance shown in Item 3. of the Declarations and the rules below fix the most we will <br />pay regardless of the number of: <br />a.Insureds; <br />b.Claims made or suits brought; <br />c.Persons or organizations making claims or bringing suits; <br />d.Pollution incidents. <br />2.The Policy Limit listed in Item 3.B of the Declarations is the most we will pay for the sum of all <br />damages under Paragraph 1. Insuring Agreement of SECTION I – COVERAGES of this policy. <br />3.Subject to Paragraph 2. above, the Each Occurrence Limit stated in Item 3.A. of the Declarations is <br />the most we will pay for the sum of all damages because of all bodily injury, property damage, <br />environmental damage and emergency response expense arising out of any one occurrence. <br />4.The Limits of Insurance of this policy apply in excess of the Deductible amounts shown in I tem 4. of <br />the Declarations. The deductible amount applies to the sum of: all damages because of bodily <br />injury, property damage, environmental damage or emergency response expense arising out of <br />any one occurrence. <br />5.We may pay any part or all of the deductible amount to effect settlement of any claim or suit, or to <br />pay clean-up costs or emergency response expense which may be covered under this policy, and <br />upon notification of the action taken, you shall promptly reimburse us for such part of the deductible <br />amount as has been paid by us. <br />6.The Limits of Insurance of this policy apply to the entire policy period.
