ENV-CPL 00003 00 (02/12) Page 22 of 22 <br />Includes copyrighted material of Insurance Services Offices, Inc. with its permission. <br />33.Volunteer worker means a person who is not your employee, and who donates his or her work and <br />acts at the direction of and within the scope of duties determined by yo u, and is not paid a fee, salary <br />or other compensation by you or anyone else for their work performed for you. <br />34.Your product means: <br />a.Any goods or products, other than real property, manufactured, sold, handled, distributed or <br />disposed by: <br />(1)You; <br />(2)Others trading under your name; or <br />(3)A person or organization whose business or assets you have acquired; and <br />b.Containers (other than vehicles), materials, parts or equipment furnished in connection with such <br />goods or products. <br />Your product includes: <br />a.Warranties or representations made at any time with respect to the fitness, quality, durability, <br />performance or use of your product; and <br />b.The providing of or failure to provide warnings or instructions. <br />35.Your work means: <br />a.Work or operations performed by you or on your behalf; or <br />b.Materials, parts or equipment furnished in connection with such work or operations, or <br />c.Transportation arising out of work or operations performed by you or on your behalf, or <br />d.Use of a non-owned site required by work or operations performed by you or on your behalf. <br />Docusign Envelope ID: 03EC0D15-D674-4D12-9ED3-8A2C214EE218
