Documentation and Turnover: <br />a. Submit as-built control drawings and point-to-point checkout sheets. <br />MBP-FS will: <br />1. General Requirements: <br />a. Provide project management and coordination with the County, Phoenix, and Siemens <br />throughout the duration of the work. <br />b. Perform testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) verification for the rooftop units (RTUs), <br />building pressurization, and variable air volume (VAV) boxes. <br />c. Submit a comprehensive report detailing the results of TAB and the controls <br />installation/integration. One virtual meeting with the County is included to review and <br />discuss the report. <br />ADDITIONAL OPTION NO. 1: <br />In addition to the services detailed above, MBP-FS can provide the following services in partnership with <br />Siemens: <br />1. Furnish and install one Setra Lite Room Pressure Monitor with Dual Alert Kit, wall-mounted on <br />the interior (secondary device) and exterior (primary device) of Interview Room 6. <br />a. The device shall be configured for bi-directional pressure monitoring. <br />b. The device range shall be ±0.25” WC. <br />c. Local device alarming shall be configured to alert users of a non-compliant condition. <br />i. Conditions will be defined following installation and testing, adjusting, and balancing. <br />ii. The analog output from the room pressure monitor shall be connected to the DXR <br />controller for reporting to the BAS. <br />d. Integrate all available data points from the new room pressure monitor into the County’s <br />existing Desigo BAS platform. <br />e. Configure room pressure alarms (TBD following TAB) to notify County staff of any deviations <br />from acceptable ranges. <br />f. Confirm that the existing power source for the previous controller can support both new <br />devices. If not, notify the County and provide alternate power recommendations. <br />g. Ensure graphic interface updates reflect the added devices and include status and alarm <br />indicators. <br />COMPENSATION <br />MBP-FS proposes to provide the TAB and controls installation/integrations services outlined in this <br />Proposal for the fixed price amount of $31,300.00. <br />MBP-FS proposes to provide the Additional Option No. 1 services outlined in this Proposal for the fixed <br />price amount of $4,975.00. <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />Docusign Envelope ID: D9853A4E-EA2F-4C7B-B381-199608BC7E0E
