Periodic updates will be provided to the owner and project team. <br />b. The contractor will attend a review meeting to discuss the findings of the TAB report. <br />MBP-FS’ Subcontractor Siemens will: <br />1. General Requirements: <br />a. Provide project management and coordination with the County and other contractors, <br />including TAB. <br />b. Verify existing conditions and electrical power availability at Interview 6. <br />c. Furnish all necessary materials, labor, and equipment for a complete installation. <br />2. Equipment Installation and Configuration: <br />a. Furnish and install one Siemens DXR controller configured for constant volume airflow <br />control. Initially, the airflow setpoint will be configured per the design documents. This <br />setpoint may be adjusted to achieve a negative pressure condition. <br />3. System Integration and Programming: <br />a. Integrate all available data points from the new air terminal unit controller into the County’s <br />existing Desigo BAS platform. <br />b. Ensure graphic interface updates reflect the added device and includes status and alarm <br />indicators. <br />4. TAB Coordination: <br />a. Provide time and support to assist the TAB contractor with calibration of the air terminal <br />unit controller service Interview room 6, including verification of correction factors and <br />proper setpoint control. <br />b. Provide assistance with setup and configuration of the RTUs and sampled VAV terminal <br />units. <br />5. Commissioning Coordination: <br />a. Provide time and support to assist the commissioning team with functional testing of the <br />terminal unit controller. <br />6. Warranty: <br />a. Warrant labor and materials for specified control system free from defects for a period of 12 <br />months after final acceptance. <br />b.
