Charges for any such services will be billed separately. <br /> <br />Our pricing for this engagement and our fee structure are based upon the expectation that our invoices will <br />be paid promptly. Payment of our invoices is due upon receipt. <br /> <br />Our timely completion of services and the fees thereon depends on the assistance you provide us in <br />accumulating information and responding to our inquiries.
