According to <br /> Chapel Hill's online zoning map,the parcel is zoned R-1,which permits up to three units per <br /> acre. The site is a larger than normal for the neighborhood. However, any increase in value for <br /> size is negated by a portion of the rear of the property backing up to Fordham Boulevard and <br /> exposed to heavy traffic.
