The appellant was not at home,but <br /> the appraiser was able to access to the exterior of the property. Photographs were taken by the <br /> appraiser. No interior photographs were provided. <br /> • Appraiser observations and recommendations: <br /> 1. GRADE: The residence has a grade of A+65. The grade is consistent with other Park Slope <br /> Condominiums. No change to grade is recommended. <br /> 2. AGE: The residence was built in 2015 and has a current effective year built of 2017.No <br /> change to effective year built is recommended. <br /> 3.
