Actual Year Built is 1971. The current Effective Year Built is 2000. This Effective Year is <br /> considered to be appropriate due to continued maintenance and upgrades of cosmetic items <br /> along with the major components. No change is recommended. <br /> * 2. The Grade of the home is B. This is appropriate for the style and quality of the home. No <br /> change is recommended. <br /> * 3. NBC 7492 is assessed at$435,000 per lot.
