With <br /> $49 million lobby/main entry on the first floor, the second floor has the Forensic Services Unit, <br /> SIZE Criminal Investigations Division, Special Operations Division, a Crime Analysis Unit, <br /> 125,800 sf plus breakroom and meeting room areas. The Chief's office is on an upper level floor <br /> 286,000 sf parking deck as are Professional Services, a training area and a space for "Fiscal, Accreditation, <br /> Planning"The 911 Emergency Call Center (PSAP- Public Safety Answering Point) <br /> SUSTAINABILITY for both the City and the County is a key component of this building. The complex <br /> LEED° Silver includes a secure, parking deck which allows for future development to wrap the <br /> structure with retail spaces. Evidence storage is also a component of the facility. <br /> PROJECT TEAM <br /> Kevin G. Montgomery The design responds to the City and community's desire for a non-monolithic <br /> Tim Hillhouse facility so as not to be perceived as a "fortress" by the community and surrounding <br /> Jay Smith neighborhoods. The east end of the building spine intersects with a three story <br /> Jorge Gomez atrium and civic plaza at the corner at Main Street and Elizabeth Street overlooking <br /> Downtown.
