Our work included a comprehensive review and condition <br /> Orange County assessment of 42 key facilities encompassing approximately 795,600 square feet. <br /> (919) 245-2627 We conducted thorough analyses of population growth, program demand, facility <br /> adorman@ utilization, and hybrid work impacts, resulting in space optimization strategies <br /> orangecountync.gov and actionable plans for renovation, consolidation, and new development. Special <br /> attention was given to assessing infrastructure vulnerabilities, including widespread <br /> COMPLETION indoor environmental concerns such as mold, and delivering cost-effective, <br /> 2023; Additional service sustainable solutions to improve long-term facility performance. <br /> completed in 2025 <br /> Additionally, O'Brien Atkins was retained for an additional service of evaluating the <br /> TEAM CROSSOVER Justice Department and determining feasible options for consolidating departmental <br /> Kevin G.
