Our work included a comprehensive review and condition <br /> Orange County assessment of 42 key facilities encompassing approximately 795,600 square feet. <br /> (919) 245-2627 We conducted thorough analyses of population growth, program demand, facility <br /> adorman@ utilization, and hybrid work impacts, resulting in space optimization strategies <br /> orangecountync.gov and actionable plans for renovation, consolidation, and new development.
