The Unit Cost <br /> Schedule generally outlines each item and the corresponding unit price listed by the Contractor. The price <br /> associated with each item shall be the full compensation paid for the 'Work described, regardless of the <br /> items. <br /> No payment for unit cost items shall be made without prior approval of Owner. <br /> The Contractor shall provide quantity justification with pay requests for items paid on a unit rate basis. <br /> Quantities for unit price bid items shall be calculated based on the measurement.
