Fee Schedule Update <br /> PURPOSE: To approve budget, grant, and capital project ordinance amendments for Fiscal Year <br /> 2025-26. <br /> Correction <br /> 1. In Budget Amendment #3 approved at the Board's October 21, 2025 Business meeting, <br /> the Financial Impact was incorrectly calculated (several items in the abstract impacted <br /> multiple funds simultaneously). The corrected Financial Impact for Budget Amendment #3 <br /> should read as follows, and an updated Year-to-Date Budget Summary reflecting these <br /> corrections is attached: <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: The budget, grant, and capital ordinance amendments increases <br /> the authorization in the General Fund by $222,633, Multi-Year Grant Fund by $220,067, <br /> Emergency Telephone Fund by $374,358, Community Development Fund by $232,652, <br /> Visitors Bureau Fund by $19,047, County Capital Fund by $367,441, County Capital <br /> Reserve Fund by $56,076, Article 46 Fund by $1,153,072, DSS Client Fund by $48,866, <br /> Communications Towers Trust Fund by $13,000, Asset Forfeiture fund by $29,763, and <br /> ARPA Fund by $179,729. <br /> ALIGNMENT WITH STRATEGIC PLAN: This item supports: <br /> • GUIDING PRINCIPLE — COMMUNICATION AND AWARENESS <br /> We provide information and opportunities for engagement in a transparent manner so <br /> that all in our community have knowledge, understanding, and a voice. <br />
