262 <br /> Current Summary of Conditions <br /> 9. Individual septic systems meeting Orange County Health Department requirements <br /> will be provided on each lot. Septic systems shall be designed to serve up to a four <br /> (4) bedroom home. <br /> 10. No home shall contain more than four (4) bedrooms. <br /> 11.
