260 <br /> Current Summary of Conditions <br /> Per Section 2.9.1 (F) (3) of the UDO, the following conditions are being <br /> proposed- <br /> 1. The subject property shall be developed generally in accordance with the proposed <br /> site plan submitted as a part of this application ("Site Plan"). <br /> 2. The minimum lot size is 20,000 square feet. This deviates from the minimum in UDO <br /> Section 3.8. Suitable septic shall be provided on each parcel. <br /> 3. The property shall contain experiential gardens as shown on Site Plan as the <br /> Woodland Garden, the Picking Garden and the Pollinator Garden (the "Gardens"). The <br /> Gardens shall be dedicated to and maintained by the Homeowner's Association. <br /> 4.
