The trail <br /> and associated amenities described in this section shall be maintained by the <br /> Homeowner's Association. The precise location and alignment of the trails will <br /> be determined at final plat. <br /> 7. The property owner shall offer limited access to the planned trails and open <br /> space to the Eno River Academy for use by students, faculty and staff including <br /> the cross-country team pursuant to an agreement drafted by the landowner with <br /> an effective date after construction is complete. <br /> 8. The Designated Community Gathering Space as shown on the site plan to be <br /> maintained by the Homeowner's Association. <br /> 9. Individual septic systems meeting Orange County Health Department <br /> requirements will be provided on each lot.
