DRAFT
Beth Trahos: Well, I didn't talk to anybody at Hillsborough today. However, in their review of this site, they did
offer that they would consider extending water here, you know, water only if we would like. And
so we took that as good news, and we have added the commitment that we ask them for that
water and, if they give it to us,that we use it, provided we can get the water lines to the site. So
we got water.

Beth Bronson: I really appreciate that consideration. Yeah, thank you for adding that condition. I think that also
addresses a lot of concerns that the surrounding community has about such a large well and the
ability to service so many homes on a community system.

Beth Trahos: So—yeah.

Charity Kirk: On that point, though we approving it means that we will accept it if they have to do a well, though.

Beth Bronson: Either way.

Charity Kirk: Okay.

Beth Bronson: There's only so much, yeah, that we can have control over. And in the sense that you wouldn't
want this to be built if it meant that there would be a well, then that would be at the discretion of
each board member voting, yeah, is my understanding of that. And the other condition is that no
homes will contain more than four bedrooms, and that means that not all homes will be four
bedrooms, or is the goal for all homes to be four bedrooms?

Beth Trahos: No,that's just the max, and really we put that in related to the septic system. We also said and,
you know, the septic systems would be designed for four-bedroom homes,so even if there's fewer
than four bedrooms, there will be a septic system designed for a four-bedroom home, and so we
just put those in so that they would correlate, so you would know that would be a max.

Beth Bronson: No, I appreciate that. Okay.

Statler Gilfillen: Is there a maximum number of bathroom?

Beth Trahos: No, sir.

Statler Gilfillen: Because a bedroom can be, as an architect, can be an ambiguous term.

Beth Trahos: Sure.

Lamar Proctor: All right. Statler,go ahead. You had a question?

Statler Gilfillen: On your comment about septic systems, developer bears the risk of losing developability if it
doesn't work.

Beth Trahos: Mm hmm.

Statler Gilfillen: The next question would be property. House gets built; couple years later, it's sold to somebody
else; a few years later, sold to somebody else. Now,the landscaping on a lot this small, with a
septic system built in, can make a difference of whether that septic system will work on not. What
controls are you going to build in,whether it's the association or what, that will control that some
homeowner doesn't put a weeping willow right in the back of the property next to his owner, which
could affect two systems or something? Are you, is there any thought about making sure that the
language controls so that these systems keep working properly?
