All right, I'm Lamar Proctor. I'm the chair of the planning board. We're going to bring this
meeting to order.

******

AGENDA ITEM 7: ZONING ATLAS AMENDMENT(CONDITIONAL DISTRICT)(CONTINUED)

Lamar Proctor: In terms of discussion and any additional questions for the applicant does—so kind of blurred
from chair comments into Agenda Item 7, but so beginning Agenda Item 7,yes, Statler?

Statler Gilfillen: Just as a question, if this is only one person with 3 minutes speaking, is that too much of an
interruption since they were not heard last time or able to speak last time?

Lamar Proctor: Well—

Statler Gilfillen: Maybe we let them have flexibility to be heard this time?

Lamar Proctor: I-

Chris Johnston: So the only thing I would say is the public comment was during the time that we had,and at this
point, really what we're talking about is the board having the discussion with the additional time.
The point of order last time was that we needed additional time in order to review the
documentation and then make a decision on this. Additional items have
been submitted, and I think you could accept those as—I mean that's, I guess that's another
question. Is that additional public comment at that point?

Lamar Proctor: Well,what I'll—
