It's a charter school. There was a conversation about why we did not have a driveway for the Eno River <br /> 1190 Academy.We are not impacting buffers. Furthermore,we would not impact buffers to put a <br /> 1191 driveway. <br /> 1192 <br /> 1193 Jonah Garson: Is there a pedestrian corridor to Pathways? <br /> 1194 <br /> 1195 Beth Trahos: There's a path here to Eno River, and there's one, here to Pathways. But they are not being <br /> 1196 proposed as public paths. Now,we could in the future, maybe be public, but if you are a resident <br /> 1197 of this subdivision, I see no reason why you couldn't cross the neighborhood and onto the school <br /> 1198 property. Folks may choose to live in this area because they are already enrolled and they'd like to <br /> 1199 make this a little bit easier, or they may move here and decide that the charter school's for them. <br /> 1200 <br /> 1201 Jonah Garson: Apologies for my reference to public right of ways. I'm specifically interested in the path to <br /> 1202 Pathways. Do you have a rendering of what these paths look like to the schools? <br /> 1203 <br /> 1204 Beth Trahos: We have pictures of what the trails might look like. <br /> 1205 <br /> 1206 Jonah Garson: I've seen those.
