Clarifications <br /> A. Cost for Geotech and survey services are not included in this proposal <br /> B. It is unknow at this time how much of the link building can be re-used. Early in Pre-Design the <br /> Design team will evaluate the building for re-use. <br /> C. Since we are planning on removing the envelope of the Link Building,we have removed the <br /> Industrial Hygienist and the Envelope Consultants to reduce the fee. <br /> D. Cost Estimating services are not provided with the assumption that this will be provided by the <br /> CMAR and reviewed by the design team. If the County would like an independent cost <br /> consultant we can add team to the team for an additional cost. <br /> E. Fees were put together with the assumption that both projects would be developed at the same <br /> time and Constructed on a similar time frame. Our schedule assumed an 18 month construction <br /> schedule.
