She said that they are reviewing the ILA, and the <br /> 8 school boards will also review. She said she thought they could split the ILA into two agreements <br /> 9 with each school district for ease in the future. <br /> 10 Commissioner Fowler asked if it was necessary to have two agreements. <br />
